Orders are fulfilled in 1-3 business days. All order are shipped via UPS or USPS ground. Both carriers estimate 2-8 business days for shipping in the lower 48 states. Keep in mind that the holiday seasons will affect shipping times.

How is my gift wrapped?
Our gifts are designed in various colors of crinkle paper, with layers of interior wrapping including tissue paper and custom specialty paper with our signature sparrow closure sticker. We use a linen wrapped Sparrow Gift Box and embellish it with a beautiful satin ribbon and gift tag. Included inside is a personalized message card from the recipient.
Sparrow Boxes are mailed in shipping boxes with biodegradable peanuts for protection.
What are the sizes of your gift boxes?
We have two sizes of Sparrow Boxes that are used according to the sizes of our gifts.
The large Sparrow Box is 10 x 10 x 4, and the small Sparrow Box is 8 x 8 x 4. Custom gifts may vary.
Can I Customize my Gift Box?

What is the return policy?
